The UN's Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that one third of food produced in the world for human consumption every year — approximately 1.3 billion tonnes - gets lost or wasted. Eradicating food wastage not only reduces hunger but could make available roughly USD 680 billion in industrialized countries and USD 310 billion in developing countries for other uses! It is an absolute privilege to speak and meet with a mentee.  From monthly conversations to the ad hoc in-person meeting, we learn from each other.

The Heat Exchanger Mentoring Programme (HEMP) is the first ever and leading mentoring programme in the Heat Network industry.  In the last five years the programme has made over 200 successful matches and engaged with more than 300 individuals.
