Women in Nuclear Finance
WiN Finance is a technical expertise group established within the global not-for-profit organization, Women in Nuclear Global (WiNGlobal)
WiN Finance seeks to address the challenges associated with securing competitive financing for land-based and offshore nuclear plants: from gigawatt scale to small, advanced and micro modular reactors, across fission and fusion.
Powering and decarbonizing AI Infrastructure and energy intensive industries with nuclear are key WiN Finance ambitions.
Additionally, to advocate the multidisciplinary uses of nuclear energy, WiN Finance collaborates with WiNGlobal Technical Expertise Groups to enable investment beyond electricity generation, including harnessing isotopes for agriculture and medicine, hydrogen and sustainable fuel production, district heating or cooling, and transportation.
WiNGlobal has 35,000+ members in addition to country-based chapters.

Role of WiN Finance Founder and Partners
WiN Finance is founded by Fresco CleanTech Solutions, with Miller Insurance Services, White & Case and Westinghouse Electric Company as Initial Partners.
WiN Finance launched on 5 November 2025 during World Nuclear Exhibition 2025 in Paris, France.
The Founder and Partners host networking events, lead knowledge-sharing discussions and/or influence technical expertise. Additional Partners warmly welcomed.
Why WiN Finance?

Objectives of WiN Finance
- Curate a global network of experts who confidently contribute towards investment decisions.
- Share knowledge of nuclear-specific financing terms and structures.
- Coalesce financiers, including venture and development capital, equity investors and debt lenders, as well as guarantors and export creditors and insurers.
- Collaborate with parties across the supply chain.
- Highlight non-financing institutions which contribute towards investment decisions, notably due diligence — including legal, technical, cyber, insurance, ESG — forecasting, regulation, and certification providers.
- Support multidisciplinary uses of nuclear energy by collaborating across WiNGlobal technical chapters.
- Advocate nuclear as low-carbon and “green” energy source.
