Doreen Abeysundra is founder of Fresco CleanTech Solutions, WiN Finance and the podcast, Bankable! which she hosts.
She is passionate about securing investment which positively impacts society and the environment by increasing the use of clean technology, especially Civil Nuclear, ensuring Energy Security, enabling sustainable AI Infrastructure and Decarbonization.
Her debt, equity, PPA and project finance banking experience in energy and social infrastructure across APAC, Europe, the Middle East and Africa has honed a risk-embracing practitioner with a keen aptitude for originating diverse deals, negotiating mandates and securing commitments. She has extensive contacts across developers, sponsors, debt and equity providers.
Doreen presents with the calm authority of a practitioner who has sat on both sides of the table — advising project developers on bankability, and guiding investors and lenders on risk mitigation and return optimization. She is:

Audrey Caulliez-Louis, Senior Advisor
Audrey Caulliez-Louis is the founder of ACL Impact Limited, active in Energy and Infrastructure Project Finance. She specializes in the Energy Transition assets. She is also arranging capacity workshops in Project Finance via CCC Training, a training boutique she co-founded in 2019, and acting as Chair of ESG & Impact and Member of the Investment Committee for ImpactA Global, a Debt Fund supporting resilient infrastructure in the Global South.
She is passionate about mobilising capital for the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, with a particular focus on bridging financing gaps in emerging markets alongside ECAs and Development Finance Institutions.
Her 25-year career spanning lending, financial advisory, and consulting — across Power, Renewables, Social Infrastructure, and Water — with institutions including BPI France, ANZ, Mizuho, Crown Agents Bank, and MUFG, has shaped a seasoned practitioner with deep expertise in structuring and originating complex, multi-stakeholder transactions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. She has extensive relationships across banks, developers, DFIs, ECAs, and government bodies.
